客戶常設授權書續期之確認

親愛的客戶:
閣下曾以書面形式簽署的常設授權書，包括常設授權書 (客戶證券)及/或常設授權書(客戶款項)的有效期將於二零一八年十二月三十一日屆滿。
按照《證券及期貨條例》《第五百七十一章》就客戶常設授權的規定，若 閣下在授權屆滿日期前未有取消有關常設授權，閣下的常設授權書將按之前所簽訂的相同條款及條件自動續期十二個月，至二零一九年十二月三十一日為止。
閣下可在屆滿日前隨時以書面通知本公司撤銷此常設授權書(客戶證券)及/或常設授權書(客戶款項)。如要撤銷，請於撤銷生效14個工作天前以書面通知我們。

We are writing to inform you that your Standing Authority (Client Securities) and/or Standing Authority (Client Money) will be expired on 31 December, 2018.
Your Standing Authority will, upon its expiry and pursuant to the rule regarding Standing Authority in provisions as contained in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571), your Standing Authority will be automatically renewed under the same terms and conditions as specified in the Standing Authorization you signed for 12 months to 31 December, 2019.
You may revoke your Standing Authority (Client Security) and/or (Client Money) in writing any time before its expiry. Please notify us in writing 14 working days in advance.
